  • Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu.

    Arrival in Kathmandu at Tribhuwan International Airport. Our representative will receive and transfer to the Hotel. After is leisure time. Evening:  briefing about the tour at hotel.

  • Day 2Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu City.

    After breakfast, full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu city. Sightseeing places are:

    Pashupati Nath Temple: Pashupatinath, the temple of Lord Shiva, with two tiered golden roof and silver door is considered one of the holiest shrines for Hindus. Although only Hindus are allowed inside the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati River.

    Bouddhanath: The Stupa of Bouddhanath lies 8 km east of Kathmandu. This ancient colossal Stupa is one of the biggest in the world, and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world.

    Swyambhunath:  This is one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist Stupa and is said to be 2,000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire’s base are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. Swayambunath is situated in a hillock about 77m above the level of the Kathmandu Valley and hence commands an excellent view of the Valley.

    Kathmandu Darbar Square:  It is the historic seat of royalty. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people.   • Day 4 Hiking to Nagarkot(1900m). Overnight stay at Hotel. 3,300m/10,827ft 5-6 hrs

    After breakfast: Start hike to Nagarkot takes about 7/8 hours. Nagarkot is a popular tourist destination of Nepal. It is situated 32km east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 1900m above sea level. The panorama of the major mountain peaks of the eastern Nepal Himalaya including Mount Everest can be seen from here. We stay overnight in Nagarkot and enjoy the sunset and sunrise view. Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day 5Sunrise program at Nagarkot and drive to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur and Patan city. 3,650m/11,976ft 6-7 hrs

    Early morning sunrise program with beautiful mountain views. After breakfast drive to Bhaktapur and Patan city then continue drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to the Hotel.

    Bhaktapur: This town still retains a medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. Bhaktapur is famous for woodcarving, pottery and handicrafts.

    Patan City: After breakfast you will visit the ancient city of Patan, lying 5km southeast of Kathmandu is known as the city of fine arts. The city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments. Overnight stay in Kathmandu Hotel.

  • Day 6Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (137km, 7 hrs)

    9:00-9:30 am: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu. Drive towards the Sino-Nepal border area, close to Tibet. Enjoy the scenic drive near Mt. Himalayas, with views of deep gorges and snow-capped mountains. Pass through the Langtang National Park. Arrive in Syabrubesi and stay overnight in a village guest house.

  • Day 7Syabrubesi to Kyirong (40km, 4-5hrs) (B)

    Have breakfast in Syabrubesi. Drive 15km to the China-Nepal border. Meet the guide on the Chinese side and continue driving for about 1 hour to Kyirong (2800m). Take a stroll to visit Paba Temple, a Gelugpa temple built by Tibetan King Songtsan Gambo. Explore the temple and enjoy its delicate murals. Stay overnight in Kyirong Hotel.

  • Day 8Kyirong to EBC to Tingri (480km, 11 hrs)

    Depart from Kyirong and drive through Peikutso Lake and grassland. Continue the journey to Everest Base Camp (EBC) and visit the Rongbuk Monastery, the world’s highest monastery. Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayan Mountain Range at Gawu La Pass (5198m). Explore Everest Base Camp and then drive to Tingri. Stay overnight in Tingri Hotel.

  • Day 9Tingri to Shigatse (280km, 7 hrs)

    Drive from Tingri to Shigatse. Visit the 5000m G318 National Highway milestone in Lhatse. Arrive in Shigatse in the early afternoon. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama and one of the most important monasteries in Tibet. Stay overnight in Shigatse hotel.

  • Day 10Shigatse to Lhasa via Gyantse (375km)

    Drive from Shigatse to Lhasa via Gyantse. Pass through Tibetan farmer villages. In Gyantse, visit the heritage town’s old street, the Pelkor Monastery, and the Kumbum stupa. Enjoy the scenic views of Manak Dam Lake, Korola Glacier, and Yamdrok Lake on the way to Lhasa.

  • Day 11Lhasa Tour - Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street

    Visit the Potala Palace, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama, with its valuable collections and meditation Cave. After lunch, head to Jokhang Temple, founded by the 33rd great king of Tibet in the 7th century. Explore Barkhor street, do kora (a religious circle), and explore the old market.
