Term and Conditions ( Must read before booking) 

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Mantra Abroad Holidays Pvt. Ltd.

2. Payment Policy

The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed. Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Pricing

Tour prices are subject to change due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, airline fare revisions, hotel rates, or permit fees.

4. Passport & Visa

Clients are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa, and all required travel documents. We assist with visa and permit processing where applicable but cannot guarantee approval.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and baggage loss is strongly recommended.

6. Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, flight delays, government regulations, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 days or more before departure: The booking deposit (30% of the tour cost) is non-refundable. The remaining balance, if paid, will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.
  • Up to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 72 hours of departure or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

Please note that airline tickets, hotel reservations, permits, visa fees, and other non-refundable third-party expenses will be deducted where applicable.

8. Risk & Liability

Mantra Abroad Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing safe and enjoyable travel services. However, we shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions or policy changes
  • Visa or permit delays or refusals
  • Landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, or adverse weather
  • Road blockages and border closures
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or airline operational issues
  • Political unrest, strikes, or public demonstrations
  • Illness, accidents, pandemics, or other emergencies

Any additional expenses arising from these circumstances shall be borne by the client.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure they are medically fit for the selected tour or trekking program and must inform the Company of any medical conditions before travel.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, respecting local customs, following the instructions of guides, and safeguarding their personal belongings.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected is used solely for processing bookings, permits, transportation, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services. We do not sell or misuse client information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
